4-Hidroksibenzaldehid dehidrogenaza (EC 1.2.1.64, p-hidroksibenzaldehidna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3-hidroksibenzaldehid:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 4-hidroksibenzaldehid + NAD+ +H2O 4-hidroksibenzoat + NADH + 2 H+
Učestvuje u degradaciji toluena kod Pseudomonas mendocina.
